Pastry chef de partie required for a Hotel and Rosette resturant. The  pastry department makes homemade bread, a full range of pastries, jams, ice cream and handmade chocolates plus la carte desserts. The produce is some of the best on the island.

The role

We are looking for a pastry chef de partie to work on the pastry section. You will be involved in making a range of pastry items, james, afternoon tea items and rosette desserts. This role will include all the normal pastry chef de partie duties.

Expeirence:

We are looking for a pastry chef de partie from a pastry background and has experience in all areas of pastry.
