Franz Is a great chef and passionate about the industry, he has got great experience with 4 and 5 star hotels and has recently finished a contract with ourselves where we had great feedback, he central London based but is willing to travel across the South.
Ashok is an experienced chef within contract catering he has been a relief contract catering manager; his main focus is around the Gloucestershire area.
Tyrone is extremely passionate about the industry, he is a cdp but has worked up to Sous chef level he has worked within restaurants and Hotels to 4 star standard in and around London, once he commits to a job he is 100% committed, we have had great feedback off clients from him.
Michal Is a sous chef with a 2 rosette background, he is based in London but is willing to move around.
Sara is the perfect chef to fill in gaps over the weekend as she works Monday to Fridays, so is free to work weekends, she is up to sous chef level wit 2 rosette and 4 star experience, she does Drive and is in the Croydon areal of London.
Tom is a fantastic chef with great knowledge of gastro pubs, he has worked up to senior cdp role and he drives, he will be happy to work within 30 miles of London, he is available this week.
Alex – Based in the northwest but has a full licence and is willing to travel across England. Alex has been a chef for over 15 years, working his way to junior sous in 2 and 3 rosette kitchens. Alex has also worked at major tournaments catering for 7000+ athletes and trainers. He has also worked at numerous sports stadiums.
James – Living in the northwest and covering Manchester and Chester but willing to go further afield for a live-in job. James has been a Chef for the past 15 years holding the position of Head Chef and working in establishments up to 2 rosette level. He has a strong and varied fresh food background from Steakhouses to Spanish seafront tavernas. James has been working with a regular client of ours and is often requested by name thanks to his reputation and history of client satisfaction.
Richard – A fantastic career history having worked to Head chef level. Richard has formed his career around 3 rosette and Michelin starred restaurants, working alongside some of the most well-known and respected chefs in the country. He has a great passion for what he does, and works to the highest standards, he has a calm manner and is very approachable. Richard is based in the northwest and has a full driving licence.
Craig – Living in York, with a full driving licence Craig is willing to travel for live-in work. Craig is cool, calm and collected and has been described as ‘unflappable’ by two different employers. Having spent time working in high end establishments in California, gaining Cordon Bleu certification he has moved back to England and has worked at 2 rosette hotels as well as busy city centre smokehouses.
Andrew – Based in Glasgow and also available for live-in roles, Andrew is an experienced Head Chef having done relief work whilst living in Paris and also at the Hilton and Thistle Hotels. Andrew has also owned his own bistro and has great knowledge of kitchen management. A reliable chef who is willing to take long term placements just as much as shorter vacancies.
