We work within the law at H t E Recruitment and we have a number of policies in place.

Data Protection
Under the data protection act within the UK, we have various polices in place to ensure we work within this act. All candidates who send there CV to us will have there details stored on a secure database. This database is password protected and only employees and directors of H t E Recruitment have access. All activities on the database are monitored and recorded, spot checks are carried out on a regular basis.
As part of our 'pro active' approach to recruitment we do send emails and make phone calls to candidates on our system, to inform them about current jobs which might be of interest. We only makes calls after 9am and before 8pm and never on a sunday or religous holiday.
Candidates have the right to have there personal details removed from the computer storage of there names, email addresses and phone numbers. To be withdrawn the candidate needs to email stating there full name, post code and email address (for security reasons, incase it is someone else withdrawing your application) and asking to be withdrawn. We might need to make contact with you via phone or post to check some security questions and then we will be able to remove you.

HtE Recruitment take the security of data as a very important area. If you have any concerns regarding the data storage, please contact a Director at HtE Recruitment.

Right to work in the UK
All candidates MUST have a photo ID and proff they have the right to wrk in the UK. If a candidate is from a none UK or EU country you must have visa/work permit papers. This must be shown to clients before you start work. If your doing a working interview, this must be shown before the working interview. No candidate can start working without this

In the case of any doubt or concern about the application of this Policy in any particular instance, any member of staff or employee should consult their line manager.
